- Experienced social scientist, development planner with
substantial management experience, who for more than 20 years has
worked within development and research, within 1) Human Rights
(torture and organised violence, indigenous peoples' issues), 2)
Co-operative management, 3) Institutional change/development and 4)
rights and natural resource utilisation.
- Poses analytical skills and theoretical experience in
development studies, organisational skills and experience in
management planning and implementation and practical experience in
identification, formulation, implementation and evaluation of
rehabilitation and prevention projects and programs.
- With solid experience in approaches to development assistance
and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems, in recent years
he has worked as manager in RCT international assistance program in
conflict and post-conflict situations. In this context, prepared
and facilitated meetings and training seminars with partners,
government representatives and NGOs, and participated in joint RCT
- partner reviews.
- Institutionally, experience is gained from working in/with
international organisations, self-help organisations and
co-operatives, NGOs, government organisations and research
institutions.
Languages
Fluent in Danish and English. Understands German, Spanish,
Norwegian and Swedish and can manage in these languages. Understand
French and some Hindi and Tagalog.

India (1 year/1997-98), India (1 year and 2 months/
1993-94), Philippines (2 years/1991-93), Fiji (3.5 months/1987),
Sri Lanka (3 months/1986), Sri Lanka (2
